Si, como Viajero, cancela su reserva solicitada levantando un billete, si el Operador rechaza su solicitud de reserva por falta de disponibilidad, cancelar\u00e1 autom\u00e1ticamente cualquier preautorizaci\u00f3n en su tarjeta de cr\u00e9dito y\/o reembolsar\u00e1 cualquier importe nominal cargado en su tarjeta de cr\u00e9dito en relaci\u00f3n con la reserva solicitada en un plazo comercialmente razonable (10-15 d\u00edas laborables). Usted se compromete a pagar a MY UNIVERSE TRAVEL el dep\u00f3sito correspondiente a cualquier reserva solicitada en relaci\u00f3n con su cuenta de MY UNIVERSE TRAVEL si dichas reservas solicitadas son confirmadas por el operador. Una vez confirmada su reserva y habiendo recibido el acuse de recibo por correo electr\u00f3nico, lo que ha pagado no es reembolsable. Si la cancelaci\u00f3n se realiza dentro de los 31 d\u00edas anteriores a la salida, se perder\u00e1 el 100% de estos gastos. La cancelaci\u00f3n de los permisos supondr\u00e1 la p\u00e9rdida del 100% de los costes.<\/p>

Neither MY UNIVERSE TRAVEL nor the operators selling their tours on www.myuniversetravel.net offer or pay any discount or refund for lost or unused services that were lost or unused by the traveler due to causes beyond the control of MY UNIVERSE TRAVEL, or the operators working with \u201cMY UNIVERSE TRAVEL\u201d, which shall include any termination of the traveler\u2019s participation in the tour due to their fault, negligence or breach of these Terms.<\/p>

All complaints from the traveler about their tour experience will be passed to the tour operator\u2019s team for resolution. MY UNIVERSE TRAVEL is committed to working with tour operators to achieve a high level of service. However, if the tour operator\u2019s response time and\/or quality of response remains below acceptable time and quality despite us working together to rectify any issues, MY UNIVERSE TRAVEL reserves the right to remove the tour operator\u2019s tour listings from MY UNIVERSE TRAVEL.com\u2019s marketplace, affiliated websites, mobile apps and to remove any apps provided by us.<\/p>

CIRCUNSTANCIAS IMPREVISTAS CANCELACIONES Y REEMBOLSOS POR PARTE DE LOS OPERADORES.<\/p>

Si un operador cancela una reserva confirmada realizada a trav\u00e9s de los Servicios, MY UNIVERSE TRAVEL reembolsar\u00e1 cualquier pago de dicha reserva al viajero correspondiente en un plazo comercialmente razonable desde la cancelaci\u00f3n y el viajero podr\u00e1 recibir un correo electr\u00f3nico u otra comunicaci\u00f3n de MY UNIVERSE TRAVEL con listados alternativos y otra informaci\u00f3n relacionada. Si el viajero solicita una reserva de uno de los listados alternativos, se tratar\u00e1 como una nueva reserva de viaje en grupo. Si un operador cancela una reserva confirmada y usted, como viajero, no ha recibido un correo electr\u00f3nico u otra comunicaci\u00f3n de MI UNIVERSO TRAVEL, p\u00f3ngase en contacto con MI UNIVERSO TRAVEL en\u00a0gerencia@myuniversetravel.net<\/a>.<\/p>

CANCELACI\u00d3N EN CASO DE INCLEMENCIAS DEL TIEMPO<\/p>

Algunas excursiones pueden depender de las condiciones meteorol\u00f3gicas. No obstante lo anterior, en caso de inclemencias meteorol\u00f3gicas, el operador tiene la potestad de decidir si las condiciones meteorol\u00f3gicas impiden la realizaci\u00f3n del tour. Como operador, si necesita cancelar un viaje en grupo debido a las inclemencias del tiempo, deber\u00e1 ponerse en contacto con el viajero y con MY UNIVERSE TRAVEL en info@myuniversetravel.net<\/a> as soon as possible. With the traveler\u2019s consent, the operator and the traveler may choose to reschedule the group tour for another date. If the Group Tour cannot be rescheduled, as the traveler, please contact MY UNIVERSE TRAVEL for assistance in finding a replacement Group Tour that is not weather dependent. For clarity, if the alternative Group Tour is priced higher than the previous Group Tour, you may be responsible for any price difference. If the alternate Group Tour is lower priced, you may be entitled to a partial refund of the difference. As a traveler, if you have contacted MY UNIVERSE TRAVEL as above and MY UNIVERSE TRAVEL is unable to find you a replacement Group Tour, MY UNIVERSE TRAVEL may refund payment for such booking to the traveler within a commercially reasonable time of cancellation.<\/span><\/p>
